Dimensioning flat equivalent radiators

چکیده

We deal with the problem of modelling a radiator/ scatterer using an equivalent radiator. The amounts at determining shape and size radiating surface producing, on region D , electromagnetic field close to that generated by primary radiator/scatterer. For fixed radiator’s shape, we here dimensioning issue only. approach exploits Singular Value Decomposition (SVDs) operators relating radiator/scatterer panel . radiator is determined minimizing error between radiated/scattered radiated ′. expressed as Hermitian, positive semi-definite quadratic form: thus consists maximizing its minimum eigenvalue. maximization performed choosing value leading dropping below prescribed maximum tolerated threshold. present numerical test cases for planar rectangular shape.
